About Aimee Brasington

Born and raised in the Carolinas, Aimee is a true Southern native with deep roots in the region. Originally from Mt. Pleasant, SC, she grew up in Lake Norman, NC, before settling in Bluffton/Hilton Head in 2005.

Aimee began her real estate career with a national builder, where she spent 3.5 years honing her expertise in new home construction. Through that experience, she discovered her true passion—helping people find their dream homes. Now, as a dedicated real estate professional, she works closely with both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. Her ability to build genuine relationships turns many of her clients into lifelong friends.

Beyond real estate, Aimee is a proud mother to her son, Tysen. When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll likely find her at the baseball field, cheering on his travel ball or high school team.
